MASS INTENTIONS FOR THE WEEK:
FAMILY MASSES At St. Anthony's, every 2 months or so, we will have a Family Mass at the 11 am time slot. This will include participation by our 1st thru 12th grade students and a children's homily.Our first celebration will be on Sunday, October 23, 2011. ADULT EDUCATION (MOVIE NIGHT) will be Saturday, October 29th at 6:30pm. Please bring a potluck item to share and we'll provide the beverages. Our 1st film is the ULTIMATE GIFT which is Christian in nature and is fine for family viewing - rated for some mild language and violence. We'll view half the film, eat in between and watch the 2nd half followed by discussion about the Spiritual significance of each film. STRATTON ELEMENTARY CRAFT FAIR will be on Saturday, December 3rd. If you would like to participate in either volunteering to work, donate items to sell or just set up and take down that day, please call Jill Zupich at 447-3943 asap.: ALTAR SOCIETY MEETING is scheduled for Friday, November 4th at 10:30am, downstairs. If you are planning to help with the Stratton Christmas Craft Fair, please come so we can schedule workers and please call the church @ 447-2685 or Jill Zupich @ 447-3943 to let us know if you are donating anything. THE FIRST HOUR OF ADORATION EACH FRIDAY beginning at 1:00 pm will be dedicated to prayers "for the successful mediation of all diocesan legal issues." Please consider coming to pray for a just end to this situation. FOOD BANK DONATIONS are still accepted every Sunday at St. Anthony's. The basket is at the main entrance of the church. Remember the holidays are coming up and the Food Banks can use all the help we can give them. Please donate! COMMUNITY OUTREACH we are continuing our Community Outreach. We have copies of items needed available at each door to be dontated to Rural Resources for families in need. There is a basket downstairs you can put these items into. Thank you for your helpo:p>
Book Club
YOUTH GROUP is from 10-10:45 am. Any 7th-12th grader is welcome to join us. We will meet in the KC room Our Fall Topic will be Jesus and the Gospel Message. This is an interactive class that will include outreach withing our community, too, throughout the year. OUR FIRST NITE OF THE SAINTS

SACRED HEART RADIO Bishop Cupich will be devoting a future edition of his radio broadcast "Time with the Bishop" to answering listener questions. "Time with the Bishop" is heard on Sacred Heart Radio, AM 970, three times each week--Monday, 6 pm; Thursday, 4:30 pm; and Saturday, 2 pm. New programs are recorded every other week. PROTECT PREGNANCY RESOURCE CENTERS In Washington State there are 57 Pregnancy Resource Centers and Medical Clinics. They are non-profit organizations that receive no government funding, but rely on dontations. Both bills before the Senate, SB 5274 and HB 1366, need our help to be defeated or we will lose these important centers. Please contact your Senator about them. See the flyer on the bulletin boards.
